New Security Feature: Support PIN Verification

Dear Valued Customer,
To better protect your account from unauthorized access, we have introduced a Support PIN verification system.
Your One-Time Support PIN is now available in your Client Area — look for it in the left sidebar menu.
Starting immediately, if you contact us via phone or WhatsApp regarding any account details or modifications (password resets, billing changes, service upgrades, cancellations, etc.), our team will ask you to provide this PIN before we proceed.
How it works:
- Log in to your Client Area and locate your Support PIN in the left sidebar.
- This PIN is valid for 1 hour and can be used only once.
- Once it expires or is used, simply log back in to generate/view a new one before contacting us again.
- Our staff will never ask for your PIN through unsolicited calls or messages — only when YOU contact us first.
This step protects you against phone and social-engineering scams where someone impersonates our support team.
