We will be performing OS Upgrade and Maintenance activity on our US server. Below are the steps in order we will be performing

  • Gracefully shutdown all VPS hosted on UK server
  • Take Backup of all VPS images
  • Perform OS upgrade and maintenance
  • Restore Backup of all VPS
  • Start all VPS

We will urge you to take backups as well on your side incase the image is unrecoverable. This will affect CWP users and US VPS users

 

6:30AM Update: Backups took 4 hours longer than expected. Because of which, we increased our maintenance period till 12PM EST.

6:54AM EST Update: Due to some issue in Network Configuration from DC, we are unable to connect to our node, which is causing delay in this process. We have completed all the steps, and the only step which is left is Network Configuration. We will be awaiting response from our DC which we don't have any ETA on. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will extend your UK VPS due date by 3 days to offset the damage.
